Recently, the construction of the double-layer electromagnetic shielding laboratory project for TBEA Xi'an New Energy, undertaken by Wuxi Anxin Shielding Equipment Co., Ltd., is progressing steadily. This project adopts a double-layer shielding structure, dedicated to high-precision EMC and partial discharge testing of new energy power electronic equipment such as photovoltaic inverters and energy storage PCS. The double-layer shielding design achieves superior shielding effectiveness and effectively isolates external electromagnetic interference to guarantee accurate test results.
Assembly and welding of shielding plates are underway. Our construction team follows strict technical specifications for double-layer shielding systems, focusing on critical procedures including shielding panel lap joint, continuous welding and isolation layer treatment to prevent electromagnetic leakage. Upon completion, the laboratory will support R&D, type testing and factory inspection of new energy converters at TBEA Xi'an base, serving as a reliable verification platform for EMC performance of high-power photovoltaic and energy storage equipment.
