Three major service guarantees

 

 Response time limit during the warranty period

Our service personnel will contact the customer within one working day after a fault is reported. If it is a software or electronic fault, we will provide remote technical support to solve the problem via telephone or email. If a hardware problem is found after analysis, we will mail the damaged parts to the customer.

 

 The warranty of easily damaged parts

The warranty of our EMI-shielded rooms is two years. The replacement of shielding gaskets, EMI filters, and honeycomb vents is all free during the warranty.

 

 Free regular follow-up maintenance

After the completion of a shielding project, our company will track the operation of the whole shielding system regularly in order to ensure the normal operation of the project.

 

Out-of-warranty service commitment:

If the product provided by our company fails after the warranty expires, our company will deal with it at the response speed promised in the above clauses. For the damaged parts, our company will provide the original high-quality parts at no higher than the market price.

 

 

Technical training service

 

 Our company will provide a full set of technical training materials. The training content is divided into three aspects: training on basic principles of shielding systems, training on the use of shielding doors, and training on shielding system maintenance. The training focuses on operation and maintenance personnel, engineering and technical personnel, and management personnel.

 

 After training, the maintenance personnel should be able to carry out daily equipment operation and maintenance work, master the automatic control of the shielded door, master the opening and closing of the shielding lamp enclosure, and master simple maintenance work, such as the replacement of the reed of the shielded door.

 

 After training, the engineering and technical personnel can deal with technical problems that ordinary maintenance personnel cannot handle, such as manual control of shielded doors and adjustment of frequency converters.

 

 After training, the management personnel should be able to take charge of comprehensive shielding system management and understand the process of shielding system construction, shielding system functions, and the planning of the shielding system's transformation in future reconstruction and construction.
