The shielding cover is composed of outriggers and a cover body. The outriggers and cover body are movablely connected; the cover body is in the form of a spherical crown.
This component is mainly used in mobile phones, GPS and other fields to prevent electromagnetic interference (EMI) and shield components on the PCB board and LCM. The shielding cover is generally made of 0.2mm thick stainless steel and nickel-nickel copper, among which nickel-nickel is a metal shielding material that is easy to tin. The design of the suction cup should be considered when using SMT patches.
