Description

The Partial Discharge Lab is suitable for partial discharge tests or impact tests of various voltage levels (110 KV, 220 KV, 500 KV, 750 KV) such as cables, transformers, transformer switches, and power stations. The Partial Discharge Lab has welded or assembled structure options, and a non-standard Partial Discharge Lab can be designed according to user requirements.

Features

Easy to install, aesthetically pleasing, and offers superior shielding performance.
Two types are available: steel plate assembly and welding for the shielding layer.
Small perforations with added sound-absorbing cotton significantly enhance sound absorption and improve the testing environment.

Large sliding doors or lifting doors (including two-section lifting doors) can be custom-made for various types of laboratories.

Performance

(1) Shielding effectiveness: 0.5~1.6 MHz ≥ 60-90 dB, meeting the requirements of relevant national standards and meeting the relevant site requirements for partial discharge shielding rooms.

(2) Insulation resistance: ≥500 MΩ

(3) Grounding resistance: ≤1Ω

Classification

Assembled Type – Made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, perforated to form a corrugated shielding plate, with a conductive liner sandwiched in the middle, and spot-welded using resistance welding.

Welded Plate – Made of high-quality galvanized steel sheet, perforated and pressed into a corrugated plate, with full welding at the back seams.
